Baking Bread

The Tag That Matches at Food & Thoughts: Baking Bread

Breads
Grandma Bread (white bread) - Plain, good old and trusty whitey
Malt Bread - dark bread, but dark because of the inclusion of malt powder. Flours are durum and spelt
Oatmeal Toasting Bread - ah, Susan from Farmgirl Fare's recipe. Slightly sweet tasting bread that, yes indeed, makes for great toast
Potato-Wholewheat Bread - a recipe from HomeBaking that produces a tender and tasty bread, flecked with little dots of potato
Rye bread - the Danish way, with loads of seeds and kernels
Svinkløv Brød - white flour, wholewheat, a smidgen of durum; a bread from one of my favorite places in Denmark

Pretzels - I'm lucky to have foodblogs. They provide me with such great recipes. This one's from Dessert's First
Sweet Potato Rolls with Chili & Cheese - made from a The Sugar Club Cookbook original. Basically, I added chili & cheese. Very hard, yes.

Scones
Plain Scones - but lovely taste! Sam of Becks & Posh fame provided the recipe
Raspberry Scones - from Delicious! Delicious! comes these. Ah, whatever happened to Delicious! Delicious!?
Sage, Pinenut and Pecorino Scones - Mmmm, savory scones, from Gemma
Apple Scones - Debbie has the perfect bunny, and the perfect recipe for apple scones - thank you Bunny Pie!
